11 Days Left. Please Help With Ingrown Hairs On Legs And Pubic Area, Rash, And Butt Acne?
December 29th, 2010Question: 11 Days Left. Please Help With Ingrown Hairs On Legs And Pubic Area, Rash, And Butt Acne?
I have a huge trip in 11 days and my body is in a terrible mess. My right knee is covered in ingrown hairs and irritated follicles as is my pubic area. On my right thigh I have a shaving rash. And I believe I have cystic acne on my bottom.
I have stopped using body wash and now only exfoliate using exfoliation gloves, and I use Polysporin on all of my issues. I have stopped shaving my legs and pubic area and will not resume until my trip. On my bottom I use facial moisturizer that has tea tree oil in it but it has had minimal effects.
Please help me. It is extremely important that this all be gone by the time I leave. Thank you all. Ten points will absolutely be awarded for best answer.

I don’t want/care about your ten points. You asked me to help you with your question and I have never had these problems but I will tell you this bit of advice…… call a dermatologist on Monday and tell them you need to get is asap. Show the dr. all of your problems.

My only suggestion would be going to see a dermatologist. They would probably give you a prescription lotion to use. Good luck!
Tweeze the ingrown hairs, use a facial wash for acne on your can (something with benzoyl peroxide or salcylic acid), I dont think I’d put any more lotion on your butt until you dry out the pimples. Use shaving cream and let your skin soak in hot water for 5-10 minutes before you shave and you shouldnt get a rash from shaving any more. If you start now, everything should be healed up before you leave.
