Also, a paste of 2 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. water is a good scrub to use on your zits only. Don’t leave it on your face for more than 60 seconds as it can really dry out your skin. Moisturize with an oil free moisturizer immediately after.
Blistex also makes a good home remedy, but it can make your face look and feel greasy, so you might want to use it only while you’re alone.

Acne is a skin problem, which is a medical issue. Many people look for OTC remedies when the better option is going to a dermatologist for it. They are specialized in skin problems. They also can prescribe you with better medications. You should also ask them any questions you might have about it.
im the same age and the same thing happened to me so here is what you do take a small cup and put in some baking soda and a little bit of water and mix them together and mix it into a thick paste add more of something till its a nice thick consistency and then take it and apply it to your acne and put plastic wrap over the left over and store it in the fridge this has worked for me so at least give it a try please rate as best answer im trying to get to level 3
Well have you been under stress lately or started eating something new? alot of times your diet, stress and other environment factors play a part in your acne. Also, some people break out when they are on a new medication, especially some forms of birth control. For over the counter remedies, there are serveral. Anything with Benzoyl Peroxide is great at treating acne, it is widely used. Be careful, over applying or using it too often or in combination with other products can really irritate or dry out your skin. Clearasil and Neutrogena on the spot are good ones to use that contain this. Stri-dex pads can be used to clean the face too. There are also some generic things out there, you can use generics but with all acne medication, follow the directions and you don’t want to use several different kinds at once, it can really irritate your skin. If you aren’t on birth control, some people find help in taking birth control for their acne, but you would have to see a doctor to determine if you would benefit from it. I have been on several kinds, some birth controls help my acne, some made it worse. Maybelline makes acne sticks that both treat acne and cover it up at the same time, which may help in this case. Also, make sure you take all your makeup off before you go to bed at night and if you have recently started using a different product, it could be making your skin worse. Basically, you can just go to walmart or walgreens and look down the aisle, there are several remedies out there, just make sure to pay attention to what skin types they are intended for. For example, my skin is really sensitive, so I look for more natural products or brands intended for sensitive skin.
