Vitamins for Acne

Question: 3 packages below the neck and chin? I have 3 lumps. I have had at least one of 1 + years. One is just below the tip of the chin. Another is in the top front of my neck and is the size of a marble, maybe a tiny bigger. The following is right next to it and is only slightly smaller. I’m worried that it might be cancer. I’m only 15 and have no history of him and have done nothing that could really begin lymphoma. No pain, no more than there. I have no difficulty breathing or eating.
