Vitamins for Acne

Question: 33 with acne…. help?
I’m 33 years old (female) and ever since I had my son who is now four and a half, my skin has been terrible. Around my nose, on my nose, and my cheeks mainly are always red with a rash like acne. I also get “boil” type spots each now and again on my jaw line, neck, shoulders and back. I’ve recently started a micro dermabrasion cream which has helped the condition of my skin, but nothing is clearing it. Any ideas?
