Home remedies are not going to be effective enough to see a difference in the severity of your acne. In fact, they will probably make matters worse, which I’m sure you really don’t want at this moment. I strongly suggest that you read about acne at this link: http://www.cosmeticscop.com/acne-and-acne-treatment.aspx

Also, read about this skin care line – I use it and it works wonderfully to clear up and prevent pimples and blackheads: http://www.paulaschoice.com/category/acne-treatment-clear-skin/

If you can’t afford this excellent line of skin care, your second-best option is to choose products from this link. They are tested and researched for effectiveness and accuracy of claims: http://www.beautypedia.com/BestProducts.aspx

There is absolutely no substitute for an effective skin care line. The only thing that comes close, in the “home remedy” department, is drastically changing your diet. For this, I recommend reading the book, “The Fat Resistance Diet.” You will learn more than you’ve ever learned about nutrition in a short amount of time, and it includes meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists. It’s available for around $5 on Amazon.com.

The last thing you want to do is apply toothpaste to your zits, because the chemicals will burn your skin and only serve to irritate the skin you apply it to. If you’re bent on home remedies, try crushing an aspirin with a tiny bit of water to form a paste. Aspirin is made with salicylic acid, which has been proven to reduce acne when applied correctly. However, this is not the ideal medium for delivering salicylic acid’s benefits to your skin, as it’s very harsh, but it’s better than toothpaste.

Baking soda mixed with a little water into a paste – almost toothpaste consistency rub it onto your face and you can leave this in for 2 hours 5Min’s or even right way
( i have left it on my face for all times stated, so i know that it wont do anything – at least it didn’t for me ) It works to make your dots smaller and skin fresh

and you can drink basil tea i think 2 time days or more < you can google this i am going to try this i haven’t because no one is selling it atm :]

    Acne home remedies:
-Baking soda. Pour a small amount of baking soda into a small dish, add just a little water to make a paste. Dab a small amount of paste on pimples and let sit for a few minutes. Scrub your face gentle with more paste. Rinse your face completely and pat

-Apple cider vinegar. apple cider vinegar has a high acidity and can help restore the delicate acid mantle to the skin’s surface.

-Diet. Keep your skin healthy through a proper diet. Eat plenty of foods that contain vitamin A such as carrots. Vitamin A helps prevent acne and protects the skin from scarring. Make sure that your diet includes whole grains, soy beans, sunflower seeds, shellfish and raw nuts. These foods contain zinc, which keeps the oil glands free from bacteria.

    Good luck!

Acne can be a disturbing and embarrassing problem at any age, but it can be especially discouraging when you get it as an adult. After all, you may have assumed you would leave it behind with your teen years, and then you find these red and dark marks returning years later. The good news is that there are a few home treatments that you can use to help your acne, like the ones we will talk about in this answer.

One type of acne treatment is an exfoliant, which is something applied to the skin to get rid of dead skin cells. By applying this to your face daily, you can help to clean out the oil and dead cells that get trapped in your pores, which then causes blackheads to appear. Red pimples form when blackheads become inflamed. When you use an exfoliant on a regular basis, you can keep the problem from spreading. You can make an effective exfoliant at home if you prefer not to buy one at the store. After mixing oatmeal, molasses, and olive oil together, apply it to your skin. Your acne can be cleared up by keeping your face clean between treatments. Certain vitamins and supplements can be taken to help cure your acne. Certain nutritional deficiencies can cause acne, so when you correct them, you may get rid of your acne. An important vitamin to take for acne is vitamin A, which can be found in carrots and other foods. The antibacterial properties of zinc make it another important vitamin. Zinc is used in many topical acne products, but it’s also important to make sure you are getting enough of it in your diet, so you may want to take a zinc supplement. You should try taking chronium, which can be very helpful for skin problems such as acne. It’s important to avoid unhealthy foods that can make your acne worse and to make sure you’re meeting all of your nutritional requirements.

Another powerful remedy to treat your acne naturally is garlic. For treating acne natural, garlic’s anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, and antibacterial properties make it one of the best substances to use. After crushing the garlic with a garlic press or a mortar and pestle, apply it to your face.

Don’t leave on the skin for more than five minutes as doing so can cause irritation. Soon, your acne will disappear if you do this on a daily basis. You can let the garlic work on you internally as well by taking a garlic supplement which will help the process.

It’s not impossible to get rid of acne, although it might be difficult. Treatments can take time and many people give up too soon. You will have to try something to see if it will work for you but many people have found success with these treatments.
