This is very common in most people.
I was told to up the intake of water you have on a regularly basis, as acne on the body can be due to dry, unhydrated skin. If this doesn’t help, then I would consult a dermatologist.

Get yourself to a dermatologist. They can teach you the proper skincare regimens to help clear up the acne. They can also prescribe medication to clear it up.
Acne happens do to dirt and dust you get from a normal day and you can prevent this by washing your face first and other parts and wipe it with anything clean, you’ll see the dark color of dirt and that’s good. do this at night, after that put any face lotion in your face or whatever you will feel the burning that’s good after 30 minutes wipe it off DO NOT WASH IT!, and keep doing this every 3 to 4 times a week or every day, and you will see the results GOOD LUCK
If you’re having acne on your body as well as your face, I would try to see a dermatogist (or you can try your regular doctor). They can put you on oral antibiotics (Minocin, tetrycyline, Dynacin) which can help clear up regular acne pimples, especially since you can’t possible apply topical acne creams/lotions/cleansers to your entire body. If you don’t respond to antibiotics there is always Accutane, but that’s usually a last resort. It can usually “cure” even severe acne but the side effects are harsh and you need regular bloodwork while taking it.
Good luck.
