i am going to my dermatologist tuesday. im a male, 18 years old and have had acne for a while. sometimes my face looks pretty good but usually i have a breakout. I dont have a lot of pimples but i will get a couple large pimples. i normally get around 2-5 pimples but they are pretty large and notcibable. Right now i have a large pimple on my nose… the ones that last for a week and are very annoying. It sucks having acne, in the summer my skin way clearer with the sun and all. I am prescribed to differin, and pills but i dont take them anymore. The differin doesnt work anymore, i was thinking maybe accutaine? whats the best medication for me you believe? (and how to treat my large pimples quickly)

You can try buying facial scrubs from the pharmacy
use it twice a day
and watch dry out
