February 19th, 2011Question: Am I properly treating acne scars?
I have moderate acne scars and skin discoloration on my lower and mid back and on my upper arms mainly. I started using Bio oil about a month ago, and recently added vitamin E oil. I use Bio oil in the morning and vitamin E oil at night. I also exfoliate daily. I have noticed some improvement, and realize its a long process. Are there any other things I can be doing along with using these oils to either speed up the process or increase the chances that my scars will absolutely disappear?
From anyone who has used these oils, did your scars absolutely disappear or were they just lightened?
Would an at home microdermabrasion kit do me any good?

I had a friend that used these and it didn’t help it prefabricated her acne come back…there is however something called mederma that i’ve heard works well.
