Question: ance and back acne, any tips or help?!?
I’ve suffered from facial and back acne for most of my teenage life since i was bout twelve or thirteen. I’ve tried many over the counter products like Proactive, which prefabricated it acutally worse, and many many many other ones that either prefabricated my skin too dry and itchy and still break out. I’ve gone to a dermetologist for a few years and they’ve had me on many oral medicines and facial creams… but still I haven’t found anything that really helps. I wash regularly and do sports which make me sweat but I am sure to always wash afterwords. Is there any tips you can help me with, expecially for the bacne.. it’s reallly bad. My facial acne i don’t have as much of and its tolerable. The only thing that seems to help is the sun in the summer. Please help! thanks.

one thing that seemed to work for me is putting honey on the spot and then covering it with a band aid,sounds odd but it helped me some. A life saver for me is when you have an entire area thats red and its very noticeable all you have to do is get a que tip and soak it in eye drop liquid, place it in the freezer, let it freeze, and hold it on the affected area and the redness rapidly decreases
