okayy , so i have acne scars on my back/shoulders . i will be starting high school soon , which means swimming . i am quite humiliated to show my back , is there any good drug store products or home remedies for my scars ?

Well u need to tell us if ur a guy or girl and I know back acne is soo embarrasing but I promise u will get over it like I did, but just use Jack Black or Vaeline Coca Butter , its amazing.
yea i no someone said moo on mine i think cause im from ohio and i said that in the question but i never see cows we dont farm a lot anymore.well take vitamin e its good for the skin and then put aloe gel on it every night and you can try maderma to but the aloe gel is real cheap and works alright
i would try a couple of things:
-use a scrub to exfoliate the skin. i would try st. ives blemish & blackhead control scrub. it has 2% salicylic acid which will help the exfoliation process.
-use a moisturizer that’s non-comedogenic (won’t clog your pores). try curel. it’s gentle enough to even use on your face. you can get it at any drug store.
-use a product to fade scars, such as a retinoid. the best ones are prescription only, so visit a dermatologist and ask about a retinoid cream.
-sun exposure will also naturally help to clear your skin – just be careful and don’t get burned!!

Take regular showers and make sure you keep any fabrics that touch your back clean. Exfoliating (using a loofah, scrub, or whatever) is also a great way to get rid of all that dead skin on your back.
