Any ways to deal with “backne” or back acne?
May 26th, 2011Question: Any ways to deal with “backne” or back acne?
I’m a 17 year old male and I got lots of red spots on my back. Whiteheads, blackheads, you study it it’s on my back. Is it just hormones for my age, or is it my diet? Any great ideas that I should do to get rid of or lessen the ugly acne on my back. Thank you!

If your diet is not good, then try cutting back on sugar intake. Have you used an acne body wash? They make them (usually with beanpole peroxide as the active ingredient). Good luck!
