There are home microdermabrasion kits which some people find help. I used neutrogena although I wouldn’t say it made a significant difference. Maybe try another brand, there are many to choose from!

basically go to ur doctor as for a referall to a dermatologist and they can do lazer treatments for this its like 150-300 a session and u need like 3 sessions but it works
