Vitamins for Acne

Question: As a woman in my later 30’s, why is my skin breaking out again?
As a teen, I did have some acne problems..that lasted until my early twenties. Then it stopped… my skin actually cleared up and looked great. Even as of last year (summer). Suddenly, this winter, my skin has become dry and begun breaking out, on my arms, back, neck, and face. Could there be a reason for this? Any ideas or recommendations welcome. Serious answerers only please.
