When it comes to cystic acne one usually needs internal treatment.Cystic acne are red, swollen, massive cysts usually on the face or sometimes on the upper back or upper chest.
But its not just the fact that you have this unattractive cyst thats the problem, they also hurt. And the reason they injured is because they are so massive and so deep.
As the cyst grows, the larger it stretches, the larger the skin over it stretches, and stretching the skin stretches the nerves. That’s what makes nerves fire, also the fact that they are so deep also pushes on pain fibres and causes them to fire and create pain.
It is the same debth that is causing this problem that is also responsible for the fact that typical medication for blackheads and whiteheads don’t work. And that why there need to be internal treatment.
Accutane is also really a great miracle but most people with cystic acne don’t need accutane, most people will improve with oral antibiotics, sometimes for a week or two.
Antibiotics will be helpful but when used for acne it is different than having antiobiotics for a cold or sour throat because in those cases when you completed with the infections, you stop using the antibiotics and this does not apply to acne.
With Acne we gradually reduce the dose of antibiotics from three times a day, twice a day and finally to once a day.By gradually it, we fool the body into thinking it is still having the medication.
if antibiotics treatment does not help men, the men then have an option of going to accutane, but women have another choice where if antibiotics does not work ,they can take birth control pills, because birth control pills that are astrogen dominant tend to help acne.
But the important thing to remember here is that if you have cystic acne, see your dermatologist. There are oral medications that will control this problem and you no longer need to have this unattractive pain cyst again.

It is part of the healing process. You can't make it disappear quickly. It will disappear gradually. Have a look here. You will find dozens of recipes for homemade skin care products. You will find several that could help you with this. One thing you could try is a easy dermabrasion. Mix a tiny sugar with some olive oil and rub it into your skin. It should help.
