Begin with raw food diet

In the starting part we have seen about shakes and supplements and tiny bit of use of green for our body, in the second part we will see how much crucial green is to derive the nutritional stuff in our body.

So, in this green juice what I have place in is personally kale, cucumber, carrots, apple, tiny bit of ginger, tiny bit of lemon yellow . So it does take a tiny time, it take about 20 minutes to make this juice, but this is something I drink in whole day . This is a good option, green juice is great and green smoothies, right, you want to flow in lot times, you like to flow in, lot of time I like to work out to flow in first all make a smoothie with kale, spinach, might be some spirit that we have not speak about it before, a banana, an apple, squeeze of lime juice.
