i was just wondering what the best acne medicine for a guy’s face is. I want someone that i don’t have to place on and move around with it still on. i want someone swift that i can just place on and wash off. And i was also wondering what things i could do or use for back acne. I never used to have it before, but i just started breaking out on my back. Let me know any recommendations that you have or products that you know about.

You know, I don’t really know about products, I tried a few and they did not work for me, so I stopped using them completely. Actually I had some acne most of my life, But then I changed my diet, and ate apples twice a day, and drink water more, and eat healthy (oatmeal for breakfast, spinach at lunch etc) And my acne is pretty much gone, and it has improved the quality of my skin.
Also I stopped drinking all coffee, switched to antioxidant tea, and stopped eating regular sugar, and 2% milk, instead switching to a sugar substitute, and skim milk.
I know this sounds REALLY Cliche, but it’s true, if you take care of your diet, things will start to follow o_o.
Its not really a matter of male or female its a matter of skin type. I have normal skin type and St Ives Apricot scrub for acne and blackheads always worked well for me. then after i finish i use biore moisturizer and it works well. Especially after you shave, I suggest you shave then use the scrub over your whole face then put the moisturizer on and your face will be soft. Though also what helped me when i was going through my mild Acne phase was vitamins and water. lots and lots of water and a couple multi-vitamins a day. The Nuitregena (sp?) company has this orange face wash in a pump type bottle that freakin works but my skin was too sensitive for such powerful medicine. They also make a back/body scrub. You can use the same stuff on your back that you use on your face, just get some kind of back scrubber to reach it. I don’t know how old you are but if you’re going through puberty and this is new then most of the time it goes away in a year or two. but I’ve always found benzoyl peroxide to be very harsh and have always been partial to salicylic acid acid treatment ( just look on the back of the box/bottle of what you’re buying and it will say.) But like i said its all a matter of skin type, Try a few different products and see which type of acne medication works for you. I’ve also tried proactiv and that crap and it just dried my skin out.
