For some reason i am starting to have breakouts around my jaw/neck, it clears up and then returns

NEUTROGENA IS THE BEST BRAND. anything you get from there will WORK.

i use obagi. its WONDERFUL
I use this great product called SKINBORN. You cant find it just anywhere and its kinda pricey, but it works. I use a pea size amount every time i wash my face and the bottle always last a long time.GOOD LUCK!!!
