I’ve had backne before, and if you’re not careful when you pop them, scabs can appear. But salt water takes care of that real easy. But you have to be in there for like, 5 hours.
A lot of people have backne. Use Proactiv’s new body wash that’s designed for acne in parts of the body other than the face.
I don’t have acne on the back..
But please Do consult a dermatologist to take care of your skin. They can help you out what topical treatment you can apply that works best for you.
And talking about freaking out, yeah, it does.
I wouldn’t really care cuz acne’s something everyone gets so its not the end of the world. I never tease anyone for having a zit just cuz I wouldn’t want anyone teasing me when I get one. Were just teens so no one really cares much anyways. Acne on the back is actually quite common. A lot of my friends, two of which are girls, have “backne” too so nbd
