Don’t use that tree oil thing. Acne is caused by an excess of oil blocking your pores. Might I suggest an exfoliater (is that the correct tense?) to clean up the skin on your BACK and then use something that strips the oil away then add a oil-free mousterizer to prevent dry sking.

Don’t use accutane. But I used to have severe back acne, and it’s fairly under control now. Eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and just wash your back every day with a 2% salisylic acid body wash. Stop using the oil, that’s probably making it worse. And since the skin on your back is a little different than that of your face, the pads may also be a contributing factor. Don’t over dry your skin, that can just make it worse. Hope this helps.

After you use the cleansing products it drys your skin. So what you need to do is get Shea Butter.
