Follow normal good hygiene. Shower with a mild body wash like Ivory and don’t use body oil, moisture creams or lotions. Apply Witch Hazel to your chest and back following a shower. You can actually use a clay-based facial on both your chest and back. (You will probably have to get someone else to apply it to your back!) Let it dry and wash it off in the shower.
