DO.NOT.USE.PROACTIV. i have a lot of acne because of proactiv. it killed my skin.
btw i dont think the acne on ure arms is acne. its probably Keratosis Pilaris.

Sorry you’re experiencing that. It’s so frustrating.
I’ve been an esthetician for 11 years now and the best thing I’ve seen for that is receiving lymphatic drainage treatments. It’s not scary like it sounds, it’s a very gentle, feather like treatment.

You’ll need to do face and neck treatments once or twice a week for a couple months, about 35 minutes in length each.
Also, take a look at your diet.
Is there any processed food? Hormones in the meat? Refined sugar?
The best thing is to have 2 TBL organic cold pressed flax seed oil with your breakfast (something with organic protein, no sugar), some coconut oil (which heals your body from sugar and helps prevent cravings for sweets), 1/2 avocado a day with 2 TBL cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, lots of organic veggies and a piece of fruit everyday, no sodas, LOTS of plain water.
    Hope that helps!
