Vitamins for Acne

Question: Can being in chlorine too much cause pimples and acne?
I am in the pool about 2 hours each practice. I go to practice about 3-5 times per week. Can being in the chlorine cause your skin to dry out so much that it overproduces oil causing acne and pimples.(chest,back,face, and neck). Any recommendations are highly appreciated
