Ok so I’ve posted previous questions about my acne problems but I think I figured it out. Like I’ve said, I never really had acne all my life maybe a zit or two but for the past year nearly I have developed severe acne around my chin area..I tried all the different cleansers, didnt have any dramatic change in diet, pregnancy happen or even stress level. I am 21 and it’s been a bit of a shock. And no it’s not puberty (as some rude woman posted on a previous question I asked). Anyways about a year ago I got off Birth control after commiting to a relationship with my current boyfriend. He can’t have children and we are both STD free, etc etc…so I just got off of it. I think that’s why all of a sudden I developed acne out’ve no where. B/c of the change of hormones….I was steady on the birth control for over a year before that so going off of that would that of caused the acne?? That’s the only thing I can presume because I’ve never had acne really. And should I go back on it to see if it will change anything? B/c I also noticed my periods have been outve wack too since I’ve gone off…Oh and only serious answers need apply…thanks so much for your time!! 
Also It was the birth control pill….I believe it was tricyclen or however u spell that…which did work great for me when I used it.
should i begin taking it again or look at some sort of hormone pills?!

The pill is supposed o help with acne, so maybe it was just supressing it because of the hormone control. It’s actually the hormones that cause the acne.
