I had really bad back acne as a teen and I pretty much cleared it up once and for all by lying on my stomach in the sun for a few days. If you live near a beach the salt water and sun can do a really fast and good job. Any good acne wash, Proactiv, Clean and Clear, Clearasil should help. Rubbing alcohol dries the skin up too.
i used to break out on my back alot and it was cuz i once took tetosterone boosters…but i had take a colon cleanse, kidney cleanse, and liver detox and my back and face cleared up real quick…but once its gone it will definetely leave scars and u might have to keep on detoxing bcuz it can come bak again
