Cod liver oil for acne?
July 12th, 2010Question: cod liver oil for acne? During the last six days I’ve been taking pills for cod liver oil, along with a milk shake in the morning. Will this help my acne at all?? I have horrible skin on my face in my chest, my whole back, it sucks! I’m going on seven years with this garbage, and I have 19, some help? Greatest answer:

‘ve done some research on the herbs like milk thistle, burdock, dandelion and sanitize the liver, where they store a massive amount of toxins that can be a huge part of acne and leaves the skin. so I found a company called SOLARAY and have a product called liver mix with all these ingredients together and I have ordered cogens, but from what I read it really should help I have also heard that cod liver oil works.
