i would use elidel or betamethasone dipropionate cream. sorry for the long name but these have completely gotton rid of my scars in about 2 weeks. they are made for excema and the long name one is a perscribtion that i requested, but they get rid of all excess redness or scared tissue. you could also use benzyl peroxide to dry your skin up with the scarred layer to reveal the fresh skin underneath, but i suggest the first. good luck!!!
