help i have cystic acne on my forehead it just suddenly appeared!!!! i hate it i look unsightly any home remedys!!!! remeber where i live its nearly 9:30 so i cant go out!!! i am so close to a boy asking me out and garuenteed this will change his mind!!!!

What helps any sort of cyst is getting a cloth and getting it wet with really warm water. Put it on your forehead for about 30 minutes or so and it should help it go down.

if you have cistic acne there are no home remedys because it is under your skin, you have to go to a dermatoligist
There is definitely NO home remedies, im really sorry. My sister suffered from this too and she had to go on Acutane, a very powerful acne medicine with undesirable side effects. You will also have to go to get them injected so they will go down. Dont pick at them! Dont let this take over your life, if he is interested in you for the right reasons then theres still hope. But otherwise, wear makeup…sorry!
wash your face with soap so its really clean. heat up some water until boiling hot, place water in a medium size bowl, sit and place your face over the bowl (mainly tilt your forehead towards the heat) cover your head with a towel so the hot air directs to your face and basically its a homemade sauna. stay under there for 10 minutes or more. the acne should tingle, and then when you feel its done, go and splash cold water on your face to close up the pours. then wash your face with soap again.
