Narcotic substances like cigarette, coffee, alcohol, refined sugars etc. should be avoided. These things heavily effect the development adversely. To increase the height, the consumption of these products should be minimized. Maximum water should be taken to keep the blood thin. Thin blood ensures easy circulation of nutrients and vitamins and even takes out the waste from the body. The intake of carbohydrates should be reduced and the intake of proteins should be increased. A diet rich in proteins and less on carbohydrates results in a low level of insulin and this causes the body to make more growth hormones.

Balanced nutrition, proper exercise and sufficient sleep are three methods by which growth hormones could be stimulated and help you to Grow Taller naturally. To Grow Taller Quicker, doing intense exercises like jumping and sprinting are very effective instead of following the ineffective way of consuming growth pills. The power of individual exercises also vary like jogging is not so effective to grow taller as compared to sprinting. Good sleep, proper diet with physical exercise along with dedication and hard work can work wonders and is the best way to grow taller.
