It might but theres other problems u might want to think about like dry skin… alcohol dries your skin out and you’ll get flakey skin its really gorss

No. It will help the ones you have but your skin will dry out which causes more oil to produce causing more pimples in the long run.
This is probably not a very good way to treat acne. It is far too drying for the skin around the blemishes.
The best way to start is from the inside out. How is your diet? If you eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies and whole grains, that’s a good start. Also, stay away from all those fast foods – especially fries and donuts and other sweets and fatty foods.
If you get plenty of exercise and eat a wholesome diet – all the time, not just now and then – you will be on your way to a clearer complexion. Some of your problem may be hormonal due to your age if you are young. Still, a healthier lifestyle will do wonders for you!

Not the best thing to use for acne, but useful if in a pinch. Try medications over the counter first. Wash your face with a mild soap twice daily.
I have seen proactive work. It literally works overnight, and the active ingredient in it is peroxide. DO NOT PUT PEROXIDE ON YOUR FACE, it will erode your skin and can even make it raw and bleed. Get the proactive instead. Looks expensive, but you only use a little. It will last about 6-9 months.
Alcohol is a disinfectant, and it is contained — in low quantities — in some toners, astringents, and cleansers. It should not be used full-strength on the face; it will over-dry and irritate the skin. Some toners that contain low percentages of it can be helpful for those people whose skin is exceptionally oily, but it is too drying for anything other purely occasional use. You should select products that contain these active ingredients for help with acne: benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, or sulfur. Products with glycolic acid can also help to exfoliate the skin, preventing the pores from clogging.
Some people constantly harp on changing your diet to help control acne; however, dermatologists have thoroughly studied the role of diet and acne and never been able to find any association — except with sugar. Dietary sugar has been recently implicated as a contributor to acne. However, no other food (pizza, chocolate, etc.) has ever been scientifically demonstrated to be a factor in acne. Acne is primarily a condition associated with receptors in the skin overly-sensitive to certain hormones (androgens) which is a genetic predisposition inherited through parents. A good diet can certainly improve the “tone” of your skin, but it will not cure or completely prevent acne.
