Vitamins for Acne

Question: does neutrogena acne body wash work well for back acne?
im 15 and i have quite bad acne on my back and ive been on antibiotics for like a few years and nothing helps the antibiotics have prefabricated it less bad, but its still there and i hate itt.
ive heard the neutrogena acne body wash is good, has anyone tried it? thaaaaanks
