Embarrassing back acne preventing me from going to a pool party and meeting girls?

Question: Humiliating back acne preventing me from going to a pool celebration and meeting girls?
I got invited to an awesome pool celebration at a MANSION this weekend. It will probably be the best celebration I have ever been to (with plenty of hot chicks). Except that I have very humiliating back acne (plus I am a tiny overweight but that does not bother me as much I guess). They state confidence is the key but how can you be confident when your back looks like a pizza. I really want to try to clear it up as much as a I can before the celebration in 5 days. I am going to try using baking soda and water to exfoliate my back. Do you think this will work? Suggestions.
Do you think that if I am confident enough I will still be ready to interact with the plethora of beautiful ladies that will be there?
This isn’t really me but this is a pretty close approximation of what my acne is like, is it really that bad that people will notice?

after your baking soda scrub…making sure you rinse very very well until squeaky clean. pat dry and apply Bactine. then, if possible apply a thin layer of a topical ointment gotten through your doctor called ’sulfacetamide’ 10% suspension (apply twice a day) Cost: $60.00. within a couple of days the redness should fade and within a week or two of this routine your back should be clear. You do not need to use the Bactine each time if you have the RX.
you may also try finding the acne sulfur medicine over the counter called: Dr La Cruz’ SULFUR Ointment 10% Acne medication (Pomada de Azulfre) it is a bit gooey but it also works as well but not a good idea to put it on your face if your going out. on your back with a shirt over though is okay.
the cost for this over the counter fix is about $7.00.
They both work equally as well and damn near a miracle acne medication.
But you must WASH and rinse well the
area of infection. Happy splashing!
You should go talk to a dermatologist. They have years of experience treating bacne. Many types of acne should not be exfoliated because it can harm your skin when you rip the lesions open. There are dermabrasions that you can have done that will reduce the redness and help bring more of the affected areas to air which will help them to clear up. It will not be a quick fix that will have your back looking 100% clear in 5 days, but it will be a start.
People will most likely notice your acne. People always notice things that are not the stereotypical “normal.” You could try going to the party with a shirt on if you aren’t going to get wet. Either that or you can just brush it off if anyone acts like they notice.
