Female Suggestions-Information
October 13th, 2010What follows are a few recommendations that come up visit after visit.
1. Please think about going to a “Bra Clinic” : and know the right measurement for the perfect fit bra. I have been suggesting this for years but now with Oprah recently bringing it to the forefront, this is now commonly discussed. It will be one of the best investments you have ever prefabricated for yourself. What considered to be a “health care necessity” is a proper fitting bra.
2. Vaginal Douches:
A. 1-2 tablespoons of betadine to a bag of water at least once a month – the Betadine Douche. Does the following:
a. removes plaque from arteries (arthrosclerosis)
b. side neck pain and stiffness are removed
c. ”Caked breast” are decongest even though you might not realize your breast were congested until they decongested
d. clearing and cleaning any bacteria, Candida or whatever else in the vaginal area
e. vaginal Ph is helped restore
NOTE: Once readily available, Betadine is becoming increasingly hard to find.
B. Ardens’s Douch Powder: Restores vaginal ph and as directed to remove Candida and bacterial overflow.
3. Eat less animal protein. Woman are inherently stronger than men are and therefore do not have the need to consume so much animal foods. What is directly related to osteoporosis is too much animal accelerator .
NOTE: PMS AND HOT FLASHES ARE CAUSED BY IODINE DEFICIENCY OR IODINE UPTAKE DISRUPTION!!
4. Women have 10% more neurons than men do!!
5. For 28 years, a mom has “feeling cells” for her children.
