Trying to find a cure for acne can be like looking for gold in a large forest. The reason is not always simple because it is the cause of acne is different for apiece person. It’s my life too stressful? Acne can also be caused by stress. When we are stressed our turn to hormones and our immune response is lower. Our mood has a huge impact on our overall health and stress effects can be seen in the skin. If your life is too stressful to do what I can to change it. How do you react to things? Are you too sensitive? Can you make changes to reduce stress? Are you screaming and constantly arguing with your partner?

> If so, seek help. If you feel stressed, take a break. Go travel or taking a hot bath. Practice deep breathing. You can also take other B vitamins a day to combat stress. B-vitamins help the nervous system these vitamins might affect your response to stress. Analyze your life and see how you can make a change. Take charge of your life.
