c.    Spas also offer facial treatments. This is less uneasy for a beginner to try because the face is the only skin exposed. These facials moisturize the skin and can vary depending on the needs of the patients. It can be deep cleansing treatment. It can use enzymes or a chemical peel. It can also be a massage. For teenagers, eliminating acne can be the goal of the treatment.

d.     Body massage can be very uncomfortable for beginner but as it becomes a common usage and the customer take pleasure in the service, being unclothed will not be a matter to think. A whole body massage relaxes tensed muscles that stiffens and becomes weary because of too much work or muscle activity.
