December 7th, 2011Question: Got some but not a lot of acne on arms back and chest, how to help this?
Got some but not a lot of acne in those areas for a while now like since i was 13. Is it because i play on the computer for the most part of my day by sitting there?
I consume fastfood but not more than once of each week.
I shower regularly also, like to keep clean but it always seems to be there.

Wear nothing but clean clothes everyday! That’s what I did and I don’t get any pimples on my body anymore… I think that’s what the problem is. Also cut back on sugary drinks and greasy food, that always does it!

Have you tried talking to your dermatologist? I had that too, but i found a soap that works for me and most of it went away on it’s own. Drink more water.
go to a hmm wateva da fuck those doctors is for acne and just ask for da medical shit u rub on ur body and it will definitely go down i no mines did
I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
