During the healing process, when the body is cleansing itself, these toxins and chemicals come back to haunt us. So do bad memories, negative thoughts, and repressed emotions, which all manifest in the body as aches, pains and muscle tensions.
In Most cases, the mortal undergoing to cleansing program might experience old illnesses, or increased symptoms of disease and pain during the detoxification period . This is because disease that is stored in the body is now being broken down and entering the blood stream. Acne, diarrhea, exhaustion, nervousness, sleeplessness, nausea and flu-like symptoms are all very common during the healing crisis. Since all of these toxins are entering the blood at once, your body might be flooded with too much to deal with right away, therefore symptoms can last for days. Emotional symptoms and negative thoughts and depression can all come back to haunt you, along with repressed memories.

They are also chances for you to confront and conquer your old patterns of thinking and eating, once and for all. Take these signs as astonishing opportunities for healing and a new way forward. Stick with the cleansing process, drink as much water as possible, and eliminate as often as you can. Water and elimination help your body near the food toxins through and out. Get rest if you are tired, exercise if you are feeling restless or nervous. Meditation or prayer can help subside the mind, or a easy breathing exercise, using the breath as a point of focus, can calm and collect scattered thoughts.
Don;t forget that sometimes we need to heal in order to cleanse the past wrong doings . Some of these wrongs have been inflicted on you, some of them, like a poor diet, you have unknowingly inflicted on yourself, but all of them must be confronted if the body is to heal properly and entirely. The healing crisis lasts only a few days or weeks, but the rewards will last a lifetime .
