Question: Head and Shoulders for Back acne?
KAy so ive heard great things about this , but which type do you use?
For example i have the “refreshing” kind- and it states it has active the active ingredient as metal but some people state you should use the classic clean. Will they both work?

I think it might make more sense to use a loofa sponge with a long handle and apply something used to treat acne on the face. Like St. Ives facial scrub with salicylic acid – the same thing in Head and Shoulders.
The St. Ives has the added benefit of exfoliating the skin with it’s “beads” or “shells.” Salicylic acid works by causing the cells of the epidermis to shed more readily, preventing pores from clogging up, and allowing room for new cell growth.
