I have terrible red blotches all over my cheeks and forehead and they have been driving me crazy!
I’ve been using a louffa on my skin and apricot scrub… is this a good idea? I always begin with hot water but I rinse it off with cold water and at night I rub ice on over my face.

1.Stop using the cream
2.Every morning and each night use milk to clean your face
3.Use a cut in half lemon dip it in sugar scrub it ALL over for about2 minuets then rinse
