How can I get rid of my chest/back acne fast?

Question: How can I get rid of my chest/back acne fast?
In 1-2 weeks.
I’ve had bacne since the summer of ‘09, and i just started developing chest acne since November/December. It’s starting to annoy me, plus I’m getting embarassed to wear anything that shows my back because my back and chest acne is really bad. And on my back I have a few dark scars, and i want to get rid of those too.

Just last month I started using Neutrogena’s grapefruit acne clear body wash. It really hasn’t done anything drastic, so far. Next week and the week after that, I have very important dances. One is a semi-formal and one is for a cruise. I’m gonna have to wear a dress, and i want to wear my hair up. I don’t want people do be disgusted by my acne.

Please HELP.
Is there anything that will help make it go away fast? Any natural or home remedies you could reccomend?

You might want to purchase an exfoliant such as St Ive’s Apricot Scrub and perhaps use with some exfoliating gloves. Apply an astringent to affected areas at night. I do this exfoliating routine everytime I have a workout or I get sweaty- sweat & lotions have a tendency to clogs pores. Make sure to wash the gloves often as well.
