Vitamins for Acne

Question: How can i get rid of this Acne Problem?!?
Ok I have had a acne problem for 3 years now, I break out under my chin and neck, chest and back. Ive tried proactive and some other scrubs and nothing f’ing works. Each time one goes down another comes twice the size. Makes no sense I shower each day and wash my face and hands constantly. Any Help??
