I have a lot of evil tiny whiteheads and black heads and occasional redbumps. ive used many things on it even went to the dermatologist. this happens for nearly each acne medicine ive ever used : the meds work swiftly and im all like oh my god its clearing up this stuff really works, and then i keep usiing it, about after a tiny while the pimples come back, and im all like maybe this is just a bad state and i stay continual with the acne meds for a long time. and my acne never really clears up like it did before.

Wash ur face but washing it too much can dry out ur skin
use face mask like egg or tomato/sugar mask oh and especially the honey and lemon mask
i dont get acne at all even when i get lazy and all i do is wash it (i never use skin products like proactive)
i know the honey/lemon one really works 
u can use the mask once a day or each other day morning or night for 10-15 minutes
exercise is good for skin/body health
if u have acne scars u can use pure vitamin E oil to disappear them
