how do dermatologists treat mild cystic acne? I’ve been through yaz, tetrycycline antibiotics, and creams and gels.

A dermatologist will look at a whole variety of medications including several antibiotics, injections of corticosteroids, retinoids, oral contraceptives, topical antimicrobials. Check this site for descriptions of many of them.
