i have the same problem…i know i’m a guy so it’s different…but i have a back scrub brush that i’ll either suds up with soap and scrub my back really hard, or I have a bottle of prescription stuff that is basically just a little more salicylic acid to kill the acne with a little scrub. Other than that, use clear blue astringent/ or acne face pads on your back after you’re outta the shower and before u go to bed.

Go to a dermatologist, if you cannot afford one then check around the Universities who have medical clinics, they may offer you low cost treatment or a consultation.

Or if you cannot do either the only recourse is internet hunting and/or buy a new dress which covers your back.

It’s hormonal. Get an exfoliator or back brush. Don’t be rough or add moisturiser. x

Try lavender oil. Apply this oil on the back acne everyday for minimum 15 days or else apply fresh Aloe vera juice or the gel and wash after a few hours. When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don’t be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin. You should probably change your shirt twice a day to avoid bacteria buildup. There are also some good natural acne fighter you may try such as basil, neem, and tea tree oil. The advantage of these is that they not only are anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial, but they condition the skin as well. For more persistent or severe cases of back acne, a visit to the dermatologist may is necessary.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-acne.blogspot.com/ for a few home made tips to heal acne .
