I’ve had pretty bad back acne for a while now and tat later transpired into chest and shoulders also. I don’t want to take medication for it. I leave for college in 15 days and I would really like this to go away..could I begin using face wipes on my back, chest, and shoulders? any suggestions?!

Back and chest acne respond to the same medications that you use for your face, so yes you can use the face wipes on the areas.
