Vitamins for Acne

Question: how do you treat pimples?
How do you treat acne generally? I tried clearasil, proactive and this container of cream where you have to place in the fridge. They don’t work at all. I don’t use it everyday. Frequent face washing and changing pillow sheets helped a lot. I have a pimple near my lips and it hurts a lot! And I have one on my ear.
Where does oil on the face come from? Sometimes I find it really uncomfortable.
