Is there a specific home cure or product that you use? How swiftly does it work, and what was your new regimen as far as cleansing and treating goes? I truly need details on something that will work – not a random web ad please. =] And I would like something that is AFFORDABLE.

I used to have the same issue because of football pads, Honestly the only thing i found that hepled me was to drink more water and shower twice a day, also instead of using a wash crucify i switched to a poof which i found helped my body wash wage a deeper and superior clean, also if you pick up Nutragena warming facial scrub (not sure of the exact spelling of the company study sorry) that will also help to get deeper into the pores and really clean them out and it provides a nice warm feeling as it cleans. i hope this can help you
