How to get rid of acne?

Question: How to get rid of acne?
i dont know even if i should state this,,,,its embarasing but i really want to get rid of them
i went to see a doc and he gave me a medicine, but still its not working….it didnt help me at all
im having this acne for 1 month now and just keep getting worse

my acne is very different ….i think
i dont have any pimple or acne in my forehead

i have some pimple small ones down my cheek and a lot of acne down my chin trough my upper neck

its like this, i used to have a lot in my upper left neck
it seems like its going away but now its growing on my right upper neck

i got one huge acne in my left upper neck and i wish i can get rid of that one….i would state its a lil bit larger than a size of pepsi bottle

i got even worse news, when i was travel without a t-shirt in my house
my family noticed pimples is growing in my UPPER BACK
WTH…i thought pimples grow in the face…..im telling u my pimples are weird

i really want to get rid of them….its getting on my nerve
