okay so i have really bad back acne its all over my back its its all red and some of them r white heads. And i also have it on my chest, and my neck. Its really bad and it looks really unsightly so i cant wear tang tops anymore. what can i do to make it go away?
p.s. i don’t want to spent a fortune
