I have treated most acne from my back. I have mostly red dots from old acne. Is there a way to make it go away faster? I am not sure what to use.

The red spots will go away with time, but if you have any deep scars and you want them to be gone, you cold go to a dermatologist have have him/her do dermabrasion, which is the sanding of your back. It will leave massive scabs on your back and it will be somewhat painful, but it will make the scaring minimal.
If you are very young, your skin will be stretching with age and that will also help the scarring to fade.
