How to treat acne scars on back?

I have treated most acne from my back. I have mostly red dots from old acne. Is there a way to make it go away faster? I am not sure what to use.

It takes a significant amount of time for the red dots to go away, but the good news is, THEY WILL EVENTUALLY GO AWAY. Try hard not to scratch them. This could cause permanent scaring. Other than time the only thing you can do is prevent as much as doable new ones. My daughter is using Hydorgen Peroixde and it is helping her with her acene on her back.
